ABOUT

from flight deck
to human depth

you don’t need fixing.
you need steadiness, skill,
and a copilot beside you.

I bring over 40 years of aviation experience into therapeutic and relational work. Over those decades, I witnessed how systemic stress, relentless responsibility, and unspoken turbulence quietly erode performance, relationships, and a sense of self. My transition into therapy was an act of honoring the human on the flight deck — the person behind the controls who keeps everything flying.

Copiloting unites aviation discipline with relational depth and psychological insight. My approach is grounded, direct, understanding, and deeply curious. Trained in somatic and trauma-informed modalities, I integrate whatever framework best fits your needs. This is the bridge between performance and presence — between skill and self.

With over 40 years of aviation experience, I bring the mindset of the cockpit into the heart of human development. I’ve seen how systemic stress, constant responsibility, and inner turbulence quietly erode performance, relationships, and wellbeing. My shift into therapy was an act of honoring the human on the flight deck — the person behind the controls who keeps everything flying.

Through Copiloting, I integrate aviation discipline with relational depth and psychological skill. My work is somatic, trauma-informed, and deeply collaborative, focused on helping people build steadiness, self-leadership, and emotional clarity amid life’s turbulence.
