ABOUT ME

from flight deck
to human depth

you don’t need fixing.
you need steadiness, skill,
and a copilot beside you.

The combination of social worker, therapist, military veteran, and commercial airline pilot matters in how I orient and observe-I notice what's said, what's avoided, and what's been normalized.

MSW from NYU. Trained in trauma, advanced CBT, and somatic work. 1200 clinical hours—in organizations, with unhoused veterans, in direct practice. Since 2022, coaching and facilitating. Since January 2024, individual counseling and coaching-copiloting.

But here’s what really qualifies me: I’ve lived the pilot culture—the mission focus, the “go it alone” mentality. I’ve worked with men carrying big things and disconnection. I’ve done my own deep work and continue to.

I use the word “coaching” intentionally. We highlight and build on your strengths—then stretch into new ones. You need someone who gets it, and the skills and tools to increase situational awareness and capacity.

Copiloting integrates aviation discipline with relational depth and psychological skill. My approach is grounded, direct, and deeply curious — drawing on somatic and trauma-informed modalities to fit what you actually need. This is the bridge between performance and presence, between skill and self.

copiloting isn’t therapy or coaching — it’s a relationship built on reliability, curiosity, and courage. a place to understand your systems, strengthen your skills, and fly your own life — with a copilot beside you.
